Reversing climate change requires aggressive progress on two fronts:
ACCELERATING THE SWITCH TO RENEWABLE ENERGY
Facts we keep in mind
Fourth largest carbon polluter
Second largest extractor of natural gas
Third largest extractor of coal
Scientists tell the citizens of the world that we need to reach net-zero carbon pollution by 2050, if we want to limit the dangerous global warming that is happening.
To reach that 2050 global goal, humans need to take aggressive action.
Just cutting global carbon pollution by 45 percent (from 2010 levels) in the next ten years (by 2030) may not be enough .
Pennsylvania must be part of the solution to reverse climate change; not continue as one of the main contributors of the problem!
